Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include all tags, ensuring the product is in its unworn and unwashed state.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
